Romaine And Bacon Salad With Herb Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
1/2 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tbsp whole-grain mustard
9 oz bacon, chopped
3 heads baby romaine lettuce, trimmed, leaves separated
Preparation

To make the herb dressing, blend basil, parsley, vinegar, olive oil, mustard and 3 ice cubes until smooth. Season to taste.
Meanwhile, cook bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
Arrange lettuce in a large bowl. Sprinkle with bacon and drizzle with dressing. Serve.
