Chili Con Carne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 None red onions, peeled and chopped
    2-3 cloves garlic, peeled and finely chopped
    2 tbsp olive oil
    750 g beef mince
    1/2 tsp cayenne
    1/2 tsp sweet paprika
    2 cans (400g each) chopped tomatoes
    400 g mixed beans and corn, drained
    150 g pitted black olives, drained and sliced
    1 pinch caster sugar
    4 tbsp sour cream
    a few stems thyme
Preparation
    Heat the oil in a large pan and cook the onion and garlic for 5 minutes. Add the beef and continue to cook for 5 minutes. Stir in the cayenne and paprika, then pour in the tomatoes with 1/2 cup water. Bring to a boil, turn down to a simmer and cook gently, covered, for 15-20 minutes.
    Add the beans, corn and olives and cook for 5 minutes. Add the sugar and season to taste.
    Serve topped with sour cream and garnished with thyme leaves.
