Jalapeño Poppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 cup crabmeat
    5 oz garlic and herb soft cheese, at room temperature
    1 tsp lemon juice
    1/4 tsp Old Bay seasoning mix
    18 None jalapeno peppers, tops, ribs and seeds removed
    1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
    6 oz crispy bacon, crumbled
Preparation
    Preheat grill.
    Mix together crabmeat, soft cheese, lemon juice and Old Bay. Stuff into peppers. Combine Cheddar and bacon then distribute between peppers. Grill over indirect heat for 20-25 mins, or until peppers soften and cheese melts.
