Almond Florentine Bars - cooking recipe

8.75 oz dark chocolate, melted
3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk, at room temperature
1 1/4 cups cornflakes
1 cup sliced almonds + 2 tbsp
3.5 oz glace cherries, halved
2.5 oz roasted unsalted peanuts
3 oz raisins
1.5 oz currants
1 tbsp candied citrus peel
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Line a 7 x 11 inch baking tray with foil then lightly spray with oil. Spread 7 oz melted chocolate into prepared pan and chill until set. Combine remaining ingredients. Spread evenly over chilled chocolate base and bake for 12-15 mins until golden. Remove from oven and allow to cool. Drizzle with remaining melted chocolate then cut into triangles and serve.
