Strawberry Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/3 cup cream cheese
1/2 tbsp granulated sugar
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp strawberry jam
12 None mini vol-au-vent shells
3 None strawberries, quartered

Preparation

Beat cream cheese, sugar, heavy cream and vanilla together until smooth. Transfer to a piping bag and set aside.
Heat jam with 1 tbsp water until hot. Strain, discarding any solids.
Distribute 1/4 teaspoon warm jam between puff pastry shells. Pipe cream cheese mixture over top. Garnish with strawberries. Coat strawberries with remaining jam. Serve.
