Cuban-Style Grilled Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 ears corn, shucked
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    3/4 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp cayenne pepper
    1/2 cup loosely packed cilantro leaves
    2 None limes, cut into wedges
Preparation
    Preheat the grill to medium. Grill corn for about 10 mins, turning, or until tender.
    Spread mayonnaise onto corn. Sprinkle with cheese, cayenne and cilantro. Serve corn with lime wedges.
