Carrot And Fennel Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cup all-purpose flour, plus 2 tbsp
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp turmeric
5 oz firmly packed grated carrot
5 oz finely sliced baby fennel
3 None large eggs, beaten
1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp olive oil
None None tzatziki, to serve
None None mango chutney, to serve
None None lime wedges, to serve
Preparation

Sift flour and spices into a large bowl. Mix in carrot, fennel, eggs and milk until combined. Season to taste.
Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Working in batches, cook 1/4-cupfuls of mixture for 2-3 mins per side, until golden. Drain on paper towels.
Serve fritters with tzatziki, mango chutney and lime wedges.
