Chili Garlic Beef With Chinese Long Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cloves garlic, quartered
    2 None long green chili peppers, chopped coarsely
    2 None fresh small red Thai chili peppers, chopped coarsely
    1 tbsp peanut oil
    1 1/2 lbs ground beef
    6 oz Chinese long beans, chopped coarsely
    1 None medium red pepper, sliced thinly
    2 tbsp light soy sauce
    1/4 cup hoisin sauce
    4 None spring onions, sliced thickly
    2 tbsp crushed peanuts
Preparation
    Blend or process garlic and chili peppers until chopped finely. Heat half the oil in wok and stir-fry garlic mixture until fragrant. Add beef and stir-fry, in batches, until cooked through. Wipe wok clean and heat remaining oil. Stir-fry beans and red pepper until tender. Return beef to wok along with sauces and onion. Stir-fry until hot. Sprinkle with nuts and serve with lime wedges.
