Ingredients

1 None pita bread
2 tbsp corn
1 slice bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 tbsp grated mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F.
Place the pita on a baking pan. Spread the pita with corn, bacon and cheese.
Bake for about 10 mins or until the cheese melts. Sprinkle with parsley just before serving.
