Sweet And Sour Vegetable Stir Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 tbsp sesame oil
    14 oz green cabbage, thinly sliced
    3 None carrots, sliced into matchsticks
    1 None leek, trimmed and sliced
    1 (8 oz) can pineapple chunks in juice, drained and juice reserved
    1 tsp Asian chilli sauce
    3 tbsp soy sauce
    1 tsp cornstarch
    1/4 cup roasted peanuts
Preparation
    Heat the oil in a wok, add the cabbage and carrots and stir fry for 4-5 mins. Stir in the leek, pineapple, chili sauce, soy sauce, and 6 tbsp of the reserved pineapple juice.
    Mix the cornstarch with 1 tbsp water until smooth then add it to the pan and simmer, stirring, until the sauce thickens. Season. Divide the vegetables between 4 bowls then sprinkle with peanuts and serve.
