Chicken Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tbsp oil
    1 None onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 lb Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, finely chopped
    1 None (1-oz) packet taco seasoning mix
    1 2/3 cup chicken stock
    1 None (14-oz) can cannellini beans, drained, rinsed
    1 None (14-oz) can red kidney beans, drained, rinsed
    1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
    None None Sour cream and tortilla chips, to serve
Preparation
    Heat oil in a large saucepan on medium. Saute onion and garlic for 2-3 mins, until onion has softened. Add chicken and cook on medium heat for 5 mins, or until cooked through.
    Stir in taco seasoning mix until fragrant, then add stock and beans. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 mins.
    Remove from heat and stir in cilantro. Serve with sour cream and tortilla chips.
