Apple And Blueberry Muesli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp rolled oats
    1/3 cup plus 1 tbsp apple juice
    1/2 medium apple, coarsely grated
    1/3 cup plus 1 tbsp blueberries
    1/3 cup sheep's milk yogurt
Preparation
    Combine the oats and 1/3 cup of the juice in a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate for about 1 hour or until the oats soften. Stir in the apple, 1/3 cup blueberries and yogurt.
    Serve the muesli drizzled with remaining 1 tbsp each juice and blueberries.
