Ingredients

10 oz frozen blackberries
1/4 cup powdered sugar, plus additional, for dusting
1 loaf brioche, cut into 12 slices
8 oz strawberries, thickly sliced
1 cup raspberries
1 cup blueberries

For the blackberry coulis, place blackberries, powdered sugar and 1/4 cup water in medium saucepan on high heat; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer, uncovered, for 3 mins. Strain into a bowl; cool for 10 mins.
Using a 3-inch pastry cutter, cut a round from each brioche slice. Mix strawberries, raspberries and blueberries in a bowl.
Place a brioche round on each of 4 serving plates. Top with 1/3 of the berries. Repeat layers twice.
Pour blackberry coulis over each stack; dust with sifted powdered sugar.
