Layered Banana Split With Caramel Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 2/3 cups heavy cream
    4 1/2 tbsp butter
    3/4 cup brown sugar
    2 cups vanilla ice cream
    2 None large bananas, thinly sliced
    1/3 cup sliced almonds, toasted
Preparation
    Stir 2/3 cup cream, butter and sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat until smooth. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 mins. Let cool for 10 mins.
    Meanwhile, whip remaining cream to soft peaks.
    Divide 1/2 the sauce between 4 serving dishes. Top with ice cream, whipped cream, bananas, remaining sauce and nuts.
