Roasted Butternut Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 None butternut squash, halved lengthways and deseeded
    1 None red onion, peeled and cut into thin wedges
    2 cloves garlic, peeled and finely chopped
    1 None red chili pepper, finely chopped
    2 sprigs rosemary, leaves stripped from stems and chopped
    4 tbsp olive oil
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Lay the squash cut-side up in a roasting pan. Season with salt and sprinkle over the onion, garlic, chili pepper, and rosemary. Drizzle over the oil.
    Bake for 45 mins. Let cool slightly before serving.
