Snickers Peanut Butter Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    30 None chocolate sandwich cookies, like Oreo
    3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips, melted
    1/2 cup honey roasted peanuts
    1 1/4 cups thick caramel sauce, like Mrs. Richardson's
    1 (1/4 oz) package plain gelatin
    24 oz cream cheese
    1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
    1/2 cup powdered sugar
    1/2 cup chocolate sauce
    1 cup Cool Whip
    2 None fun-size Snickers bars, sliced
Preparation
    In a food processor, pulse cookies 15 times, or until fine crumbs form. Add melted chocolate and process for 30 seconds. Press into bottom and 2 inches up side of a greased 8 inch springform pan. Spread 1/2 cup caramel sauce over base and sprinkle with peanuts. Chill.
    Bloom gelatin in 2 tbsp cold water for 3 mins. Combine with 1/4 cup cream cheese and gently heat until melted. Transfer to a food processor with remaining cream cheese, peanut butter, 1/2 cup caramel sauce and powdered sugar. Process for 1 min, or until smooth. Pour into prepared pan and chill for 6 hours, or overnight.
    When ready to serve, garnish with chocolate sauce, whipped cream, candy and remaining caramel sauce.
