Chicken And Pork Soup With Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp vegetable oil
    1 None chicken breast, sliced
    3.5 oz pork loin, sliced
    1 tbsp soy sauce, plus extra, to serve
    6 cups chicken stock
    1 bunch baby bok choy, quartered
    8.75 oz frozen dumplings
    7 oz egg noodles, cooked, drained
    8 None raw shrimp, peeled, deveined, tails intact
    2 oz baby corn, halved
    2 oz snow peas, halved
    2 oz oyster mushrooms
    2 None green onions, sliced, to serve
Preparation
    Heat oil in a saucepan over high heat. Saute meat for 2-3 mins, until browned. Add soy sauce. Set aside.
    Add stock, bok choy, dumplings, noodles and shrimp. Simmer for 5 mins, until shrimp are cooked through. Add meat to soup along with remaining vegetables. Heat gently.
    Serve topped with green onions and extra soy.
