Tomato, Mozzarella And Basil Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
    2 tsp balsamic vinegar
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp sugar
    4 None tomatoes, cut into 1/4 inch-thick slices
    18 oz mozzarella, cut into 1/4 inch-thick slices
    2 tbsp chopped fresh basil leaves
Preparation
    Whisk together oil, vinegar, garlic and sugar.
    Layer tomatoes and cheese, alternately, onto a serving plate. Sprinkle with basil then drizzle with dressing.
