Smoked Salmon And Dill Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 oz linguine
    4 oz sliced smoked salmon
    3 oz goat cheese
    1/4 cup capers
    1/4 cup snipped dill
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 None lemon, peel finely grated and lemon juiced
Preparation
    Cook the pasta in a large saucepan of boiling salted water according to package directions. Drain the pasta and return it to the pan.
    Meanwhile, combine the smoked salmon, goat cheese, capers, dill, olive oil and lemon peel and juice in a bowl. Add to the pasta and toss to coat. Season to taste.
