Pollo Alla Diavola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 None lemon, 1/2 juiced, 1/2 cut into wedges
    100 ml olive oil
    4 cloves garlic, peeled and finely chopped
    30 g fresh rosemary, roughly chopped
    30 g fresh sage, roughly chopped
    4 None dried red chillies, finely chopped
    3 None skin-on chicken breasts (each about 375g), halved lengthways
    6 None skin-on chicken legs, cut in half at the joint
    None None Ciabatta bread and olives, to serve
Preparation
    In a bowl, mix the lemon juice, oil, garlic, herbs and chilies. Season with salt. Rub over the chicken pieces and marinate for at least 2 hours.
    Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Place the chicken, marinade and lemon wedges in a roasting pan and roast for 1 hour. Serve with ciabatta and olives.
