Rag Pasta With Shrimp And Crab - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 oz fresh lasagne sheets, torn
    1/3 cup olive oil
    2 None shallots, finely diced
    1 lb raw shrimp, peeled, deveined, tails on
    2 None long red chilies, finely sliced
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    2 None zucchini, peeled into ribbons
    1 2/3 cups arugula
    1 None lemon, grated zest, 2 tbsp juice
    7 oz cooked crab meat
    1/2 cup basil, shredded, plus extra, for garnish
Preparation
    Prepare pasta according to package instructions. Drain well, reserving 1/4 cup cooking liquid. Return to pan.
    Meanwhile, heat oil in a large frying pan on high. Saute shallots for 1 min. Add shrimp, chilies and garlic and cook for 2-3 mins, until shrimp change color.
    Add shrimp mixture to pasta with zucchini, arugula, lemon zest and juice and reserved pasta cooking liquid. Toss well and season to taste. Gently stir in crab meat and basil. Heat for 1-2 mins. Serve garnished with basil leaves.
