Chocolate Chip Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 2/3 cups self-rising flour
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/4 cup cocoa powder
    1/2 cup granulated sugar
    1/2 cup butter, melted, cooled slightly
    1 None egg
    3/4 cup plain yogurt
    3.5 oz dark chocolate, roughly chopped, or chocolate chips
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0F. Line 8 recesses of a 12-cup muffin pan with paper liners.
    Sift together flour, baking powder and cocoa powder into a large bowl. Add sugar. Add melted butter, egg, yogurt and chocolate. Stir until just combined. Distribute between muffin liners and bake for 20-25 mins, until firm to the touch. Let cool for 5 mins then remove from pan. Serve warm or cold.
