Fruity Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 2/3 cups self-rising flour
    6 tbsp (3/4 stick) cold butter, chopped
    1/2 cup toasted tropical muesli
    1 cup milk
    None None Butter, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Line a baking pan with parchment paper. Place the flour and a pinch of salt in a large bowl. Rub in the butter to make crumbs. Stir in the muesli mix.
    Add the milk to the flour mixture. Using a spatula, mix until the dough just comes together, adding a little extra milk if too dry.
    Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead gently for 1-2 mins or until smooth. Shape into a 9-inch round, then place on the prepared pan. Using a sharp knife that has been dipped in flour, mark 6 wedges on top of the round. Sprinkle top a little extra flour.
    Bake for 30 mins or until the loaf sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom Cool for 5-10 mins. Serve the loaf with butter.
