Broccoli Orecchiette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 lb broccoli, cut into small florets
    14 oz orecchiette pasta
    6 tbsp olive oil
    3 cloves garlic, peeled and finely chopped
    2 None red chilis, deseeded and cut into thin strips
    3 None anchovy fillets, finely chopped
Preparation
    Cook the broccoli in boiling salted water for 2 mins. Drain and refresh in cold water. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain.
    Heat 3 tbsp oil in a large frying pan and saute the garlic and chilis for 1 min. Add the broccoli and anchovies and saute for 2 mins. Season with salt and black pepper. Add the pasta and toss well. Heat again and drizzle with 3 tbsp oil.
