Smoked Salmon And Rye Tea Sandwiches - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5.25 oz cream cheese
1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped, plus extra sprigs to garnish
3 None dried figs, finely diced
4 slices dark rye bread
3.5 oz smoked salmon, sliced
Preparation

Beat cream cheese, chopped dill and figs together. Season then spread over bread. Lay smoked salmon over top and sandwich bread together. Chill until ready to serve.
Cut into neat squares, discarding crusts. Serve garnished with dill sprigs.
