Blueberry-Pecan Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 cup self-rising flour
    1/2 cup whole wheat self-rising flour
    1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
    2/3 cup brown sugar
    5.25 oz blueberries, fresh or frozen
    1/2 cup pecans, chopped
    1/3 cup oat bran
    2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
    1/2 cup margarine, melted
    1/2 cup skim milk
    2 None eggs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Lightly coat an 8x4 inch loaf pan with oil.
    Sift flour and spice mix together. Add sugar, blueberries, pecans, oat bran and 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds. Whisk together margarine, milk and eggs. Lightly mix into dry ingredients until combined. Transfer mixture to prepared pan, smooth top and sprinkle with remaining seeds. Bake for 50-55 mins, until a skewer comes out clean. Let cool in pan for 5 mins then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
