Shrimp Cocktail With Dill Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped, plus extra, to serve
2 heads baby romaine lettuce, trimmed, torn
2 None small ripe avocados, cut into small wedges
1 None medium mango, peeled, pitted, thinly sliced
18 None cooked shrimp, peeled, deveined, tails intact
2 tsp baby capers, drained
Preparation

For the dill dressing, combine mayonnaise, mustard, dill and 1 tbsp cold water. Season.
Distribute lettuce, avocados and mango between serving glasses. Top with shrimp and dressing. Sprinkle with capers and extra dill sprigs. Serve.
