Dark Molten Puddings - cooking recipe

3 tbsp butter, softened
2/3 cup sugar
4 None eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup flour
12 oz semi-sweet chocolate, melted, cooled
None None Berries, ice cream, to serve

Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Place a baking pan on middle shelf to preheat. Line bottoms of six 2/3-cup ramekins or molds with circles of parchment paper.
Beat butter and sugar in a medium bowl with an electric mixer until combined. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in vanilla. Stir in flour, then chocolate. Mix well.
Pour mixture evenly into ramekins. Place ramekins on hot baking pan.
Bake for 14 mins (timing is very important). Invert hot puddings onto serving plates. Gently peel off parchment paper. Serve puddings immediately with berries and ice cream.
