Coffee Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup heavy cream
    2/3 cup freshly brewed strong coffee
    9 oz white chocolate, chopped coarsely
    1 tbsp Tia Maria
Preparation
    Combine heavy cream and coffee in a small saucepan. Stir over medium heat, without boiling, until hot. Remove from heat. Add chocolate and whisk until smooth. Stir in liqueur.
    Transfer to a small bowl, cover and chill for 15 mins, stirring occasionally.
