Smoked Salmon Soba Noodles - cooking recipe

1 x 9 oz package dried soba noodles
10.5 oz smoked salmon, flaked
1 None avocado, stoned, peeled, chopped
1/3 cup Japanese ponzu sauce
2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
None None Salmon roe pearls, to serve
None None Lime wedges, to serve
Preparation

Prepare noodles according to package instructions. Drain well.
Transfer noodles to a large bowl with salmon, avocado and ponzu. Toss gently to coat. Serve topped with cilantro and salmon roe pearls. Accompany with lime wedges.
