Curried Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tbsp vegetable oil
    8 oz green beans, trimmed
    2 tsp cumin seeds
    2 tsp coriander seeds, lightly crushed
    1/2 tsp turmeric
Preparation
    Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Cook the beans for 3-4 mins, turning frequently, until softened. Add the spices and cook for 2 mins, stirring continuously.
