Pasta With Broccoli And Anchovies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    13.5 oz tagliatelle pasta
    1 1/4 lb broccoli, roughly chopped
    1/2 cup olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    4 None anchovy fillets, drained, chopped
    1 tsp dried chili flakes
Preparation
    Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain.
    Meanwhile, blanch broccoli in boiling salted water until almost tender. Drain.
    Heat oil in a medium frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook broccoli, stirring, for 2 mins. Add garlic, anchovies and chili flakes. Cook, stirring, until fragrant. Add pasta and toss to combine. Serve.
