Baked Fava Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1.5 kg broad beans
    8 slices streaky bacon
    2-3 tbsp olive oil
    2 medium onions, finely diced
    2 tbsp brown sugar
    500 g tomatoes, diced
    None None Worcestershire sauce to taste
    75 g tomato ketchup
Preparation
    Cook fava beans in boiling salted water for 5-7 mins then drain and set aside to cool. Remove skin.
    Fry bacon until crispy then remove and set aside. Add oil to the pan and saute onions for 2-3 mins. Sprinkle with sugar and let caramelize. Add tomatoes and season. Cover and simmer for 20 mins. Add fava beans along with 2-3 dashes of Worcestershire sauce to taste. Add ketchup then distribute between serving bowls and top with crispy bacon.
