Aperol Spritz - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 tbsp mineral water
600 ml Aperol
1/2 None orange, cut into 8 slices
900 ml Prosecco
None None ice cubes, to serve (optional)
Preparation

Divide the club soda and Aperol among 8 wine glasses. Add the orange wedges.
Top up with the Prosecco. Serve with ice, if desired.
