Arugla And Avocado Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp mayonnaise
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    1 tbsp water
    4 None anchovy fillets, chopped finely
    1 None clove garlic, crushed
    5 cups rocket, heavy stems removed
    7 oz grape tomatoes, halved
    1 None large avocado, diced
    1 None small red onion, sliced thinly
    5 oz fresh mozzerella, torn
    2 tbsp toasted pine nuts
Preparation
    To make the dressing, whisk the mayonnaise, lemon juice, water, anchovies, and garlic together in a small bowl until smooth.
    To make the salad, place all remaining ingredients in a large bowl and add the dressing. Toss gently. Serve.
