Chocolate Banana Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 tbsp (1 1/4 sticks) butter, chopped, at room temperature
    1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
    2 None eggs
    2 /2 cups self-rising flour, sifted
    1 cup mashed bananas
    4 oz milk chocolate, grated
    3/4 cup milk
    None None FOR THE ICING
    7 oz semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
    1/4 cup sour cream
    1 tbsp butter
    1 cup powdered sugar, sifted
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Lightly grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.
    Beat butter and granulated sugar in a large bowl with an electric mixer until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Fold in flour, followed by bananas, chocolate and milk. Spread into prepared pan.
    Bake for 50-55 mins, until a toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 5 mins. Remove from pan; cool completely on a wire rack.
    Meanwhile, for the icing, place chocolate, sour cream and butter in a medium saucepan on low heat. Stir until smooth. Stir in powdered sugar until combined. Spread over cooled cake.
