Malted Milkshake Cheesecakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz chocolate cake, cut into 1/4-inch cubes
    5 oz Whoppers or Maltesers candy, 3 oz crushed
    1/3 cup chocolate liqueur
    1 tbsp unflavored gelatin
    2 pkg (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 cup malted milk powder
    1 cup heavy cream
    2 None eggs, separated
    4 oz semi-sweet chocolate, melted
Preparation
    Divide cake cubes among eight 1-cup dessert glasses. Top with crushed Whoppers and liqueur.
    Sprinkle gelatin over 1/4 cup water in small bowl. Stand bowl in small saucepan of simmering water. Stir until gelatin has dissolved. Cool for 5 mins.
    Beat cream cheese, sugar and malted milk powder in large bowl with electric mixer until smooth. Beat in cream and egg yolks. Stir in gelatin mixture, then chocolate.
    Beat egg whites in small bowl with electric mixer until firm peaks form; fold into chocolate mixture. Divide among glasses.
    Refrigerate overnight. Garnish with whole Whoppers.
