Curried Lamb And Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp peanut oil
    5 oz green beans, halved
    1 None medium carrot, sliced
    1 None large red pepper, sliced
    1 (15 oz) can baby corn, drained
    1 tsp sesame oil
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 tsp curry powder
    5 None lamb fillets, finely sliced
    1 tsp cornstarch, mixed with 1/2 cup water
    1 None chicken bouillon cube, crushed
    2 tsp soy sauce
Preparation
    Heat 1 tbsp peanut oil in a large saucepan. Cook green beans, stirring, for 3-4 mins, or until just tender. Add carrot, red pepper and corn. Cook, stirring, for 1 min. Remove vegetables from pan. Add remaining peanut oil and sesame oil to pan. Cook garlic and curry powder until fragrant. Add lamb and cook, stirring, until tender. Return vegetables to pan along with cornstarch slurry, crushed bouillon cube and soy sauce. Cook until mixture boils and thickens slightly.
