Cinnamon And Apple Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 None sheet ready-rolled pie dough
    1 1/2 lbs cream cheese, softened
    3/4 cup sugar
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    3 None eggs, separated
    3/4 cup cream
    2 None medium green apples, unpeeled, sliced thinly
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    1 tbsp brown sugar, for sprinkling
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Grease a 9 inch springform pan and place on oven tray. Cut the dough into a 9 inch round, place in the pan and prick well with a fork. Bake for about 20 mins or until browned lightly. Cool for 5 mins.
    Make filling by beating cream cheese, sugar, cinnamon and egg yolks in medium bowl with electric mixer until smooth and beat in cream. Beat egg whites in small bowl until soft peaks form and fold into cheese mixture in 2 batches. Pour filling into the pan.
    Combine apple slices and lemon juice in small bowl. Arrange slices, slightly overlapping, on top of filling and sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake for 50 mins. Cool in oven with door ajar.
    Refrigerate cheesecake for 3 hours or overnight. Serve.
