Chocolate Nectarine Streusel Cake - cooking recipe

330 g plain flour
170 g caster sugar
255 g butter
75 g cashew nuts
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 medium eggs
50 g dark chocolate, melted
5 g baking powder
1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
100 g peach jam
350 g nectarines, cut into wedges
Preparation

Heat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Grease a 9 1/2 inch springform pan. Place 1 3/4 cups flour, 1/2 cup sugar, 3/4 cup butter and the cashews in a food processor and pulse until crumbly. Cover and chill for 30 mins.
Meanwhile, cream the remaining butter, sugar, vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. Add the eggs, 1 at a time, then the melted chocolate. Fold in the baking powder, cocoa powder and remaining flour. Transfer to the prepared pan and bake for 10 mins.
Remove from the oven and spread the jam over top. Distribute the nectarine pieces and top with the cashew crumble. Bake for an additional 30-35 mins then allow to cool on a wire rack.
