Pork And Chili Stir Fry With Water Chestnuts - cooking recipe

2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 lb ground pork
1 None red onion, sliced
1 None long green chili, finely sliced
1 None long red chili, sliced, plus extra to garnish
2 inches fresh ginger, peeled, grated
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/2 cup kecap manis
1 oz water chestnuts, chopped
1 head radicchio, leaves separated
2 None green onions, sliced
Preparation

Heat oil in a large wok or frying pan over high heat. Stir-fry pork, onion, chilies, ginger and garlic for 5-6 mins, breaking up with the back of a wooden spoon, until pork is browned. Add kecap manis and water chestnuts. Stir-fry for 1 min. Spoon into radicchio leaves and garnish with green onions and extra chili.
