Plum Pork Meatballs With Ramen Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 None pork sausages, casings removed
    1 cup plus 2 tbsp plum sauce
    1/2 cup fresh breadcrumbs
    2 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
    2 tbsp vegetable or peanut oil
    3 packages (3 oz each) chicken-flavored ramen noodles
    2 tsp sesame oil
    2 None carrots, peeled and cut into matchsticks
    2 None green onions, thinly sliced on the diagonal
    1 cup bean sprouts
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Place sausage meat, 2 tbsp of the plum sauce, breadcrumbs and 2 tsp of the sesame seeds a large bowl; mix well. Using damp hands, shape mixture into 24 meatballs.
    Place oil in a roasting pan. Place in oven for 2 mins to heat. Add meatballs to pan; turn to sear slightly. Bake for 5 mins. Drizzle with remaining 1 cup plum sauce; turn to coat. Bake for 15 mins or until sticky and cooked through.
    Meanwhile, prepare noodles according to package directions. Add sesame oil, carrots, onions and bean sprouts; toss to combine.
    Divide noodle mixture among serving bowls. Top with meatballs. Drizzle with pan juices. Serve sprinkled with remaining sesame seeds.
