Chicken Banh Mi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 None grilled chicken, flesh shredded
    4 None green onions, thinly sliced, diagonally soaked in iced water
    4 None long crusty bread rolls, split
    1/3 cup japanese mayonnaise
    1/2 head iceberg lettuce, finely shredded
    1 None red pepper, seeded, thinly sliced
    1 bunch cilantro, leaves picked
    1 None long red chili, sliced
    None None Dressing
    1/3 cup lemon juice
    1/4 cup fish sauce
    2 tbsp light soy sauce
    1/2 tbsp sugar
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine chicken and onion.
    To make dressing, in a small bowl, whisk all ingredients together, until sugar dissolves. Season with white pepper.
    Add half dressing to chicken mixture, tossing well.
    Spread rolls with mayonnaise. Fill with lettuce, pepper and chicken mixture. Drizzle with remaining dressing. Top with cilantro and chili to serve.
