Steaks With Mushroom Gravy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 None steaks (around 2 2/3 lb)
9 oz button mushrooms, thinly sliced
1 tbsp flour
1 1/4 cups beef stock
Preparation

Season steaks. Oil a large frying pan and place over high heat. Cook steaks to your liking. Remove from pan and cover to keep warm.
Add mushrooms to pan. Cook, stirring, until tender. Add flour and cook, stirring, for 1 min. Gradually stir in stock. Cook, stirring, until gravy boils and thickens.
Serve steaks with gravy.
