Pasta Salad With Curried Yogurt Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    11 oz dried pasta
    1 bunch scallions, trimmed and sliced
    1/2 lb radish, sliced
    1 None cucumber, halved lengthways and sliced
    1 head romaine lettuce, leaves torn
    1 cup low fat mayonnaise
    1 1/3 cup yogurt
    Pinch None curry powder
Preparation
    Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to the package directions. Drain. Rinse in cold water and set aside to cool completely.
    Place the scallions in a bowl with the radish, cucumber, lettuce with the cooled pasta and mix well.
    For the dressing, place the mayonnaise in a small bowl with the yogurt and curry powder. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Coat the pasta in the dressing, toss well and serve.
