Colorful Chickpea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans (15 oz each) chickpeas, drained
    2 None yellow peppers, seeded and diced
    1 None green pepper, seeded and diced
    5 None tomatoes, cut into wedges
    1 lb celery, trimmed and sliced
    4 None garlic cloves, crushed
    2 None limes, juiced
    None None Pinch cayenne pepper
    6 tbsp olive oil
Preparation
    Mix the chickpeas, yellow peppers, green pepper, tomatoes and celery in a large serving bowl.
    For the dressing, whisk the garlic, lime juice and cayenne pepper in a bowl. Gradually whisk in the olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat well. Let stand 25-30 mins to marinate. Toss before serving.
