Beef Stir-Fry With Mixed Peas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp peanut oil
    1 lb beef, cut into strips
    1 None onion, thinly sliced
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 tsp fresh ginger, finely grated
    5.25 oz sugar snap peas, trimmed
    5.25 oz snow peas, trimmed
    1/2 cup frozen peas
    1/2 cup oyster sauce
    2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
    1 tbsp fresh mint, coarsely chopped
    1 None long red chili, thinly sliced
Preparation
    Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok over high heat. Stir-fry beef for 2-3 mins, until browned. Set aside. Add remaining oil and stir-fry onion, garlic and ginger for 2-3 mins, until tender. Return beef to pan along with peas, oyster sauce, chili sauce, mint and chili. Stir-fry for 2-3 mins, until heated through.
