Kiwi Cocktail - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 None kiwis, peeled and diced + 1 slice for garnish
2-3 None kumquats
4 tbsp kiwi liqueur
125 ml champagne

Preparation

Put the fruit in a glass and top with the kiwi liqueur. Fill with chilled champagne. Garnish with the kiwi slice.
