Creole Coleslaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp prepared horseradish
1 tsp Dijon mustard
2 tsp Creole or Cajun seasoning mix
2 cups shredded red cabbage
2 cups shredded green cabbage
1/2 cup sliced yellow bell pepper
1/4 cup sliced radish
1/4 cup grated carrot
2 tbsp chopped red onion
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley leaves
None None lime slices, to garnish
Preparation

In a large bowl, whisk together vinegar, sugar, mayonnaise, horseradish, mustard and seasoning mix. Season. Add cabbage, pepper, radish, carrot, onion, and parsley and toss to coat. Cover and chill for 1 hour. Toss before serving and garnish with lime slices.
