Spring Citrus Radish Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 None large navel oranges, zested, 2 peeled and cut into segments, 1 juiced
    1 None lemon, zested and juiced
    2 tbsp vegetable oil
    2 tsp white balsamic vinegar
    1 tsp honey
    3 cups watercress
    3 cups baby arugula
    1/2 cup fresh sprouts, such as radish, alfalfa or broccoli
    1 None Granny Smith apple, julienned
    1 cup thinly sliced or shaved fennel bulb
    1 cup thinly sliced radish
    2 tbsp chopped chives
Preparation
    In a large serving bowl, whisk together 1 tsp orange zest, 1/2 cup orange juice, 1/2 tsp lemon zest, 1 tbsp lemon juice, oil, vinegar and honey. Season. Add remaining ingredients and toss to combine.
